The four Poet's that influenced my interest in poetry.
Robert Frost
Robert Frost (1874-1963) was an American poet known for "The Road Not Taken." Born and raised in New England, he attended Dartmouth College and Harvard University before becoming a school teacher.
Walt Whitman (1819-1892) was an American poet, journalist, and humanist known for "Leaves of Grass." Born in Long Island, he worked as a teacher and journalist before publishing his famous work.
Erin Hanson, was born in Melborne, in the 1990s and is an Australian poet of Instagram fame. Her poems are both inspirational and a reminder about being present in every moment of out live.
Emily Dickinson
Emily Dickinson (1830-1886) was an American poet known for her unique poetry style. Born in Amherst, Massachusetts, she attended Mount Holyoke College before becoming a school teacher.
